ClimateRight Shipping and Return policy

ClimateRight wants you to be satisfied with every purchase. To avoid problems after delivery, just follow these simple Dos and Don’ts:

Do Refuse Delivery if the box is visibly damaged. If the damaged shipment was left at your door, contact us or the Authorized Dealer where you placed the order within 24 hours. We will send you a damage claim and replacement unit within one business week.

Do Use the Form at the Bottom of This Page if You Have Problems with your ClimateRight unit. Our dedicated troubleshooting team will get in touch with you promptly to resolve your issue. If you purchased your ClimateRight unit from an Authorized Dealer, contact them first. Following this process will help to keep your Warranty valid.

Don’t Have Buyer’s Remorse. Make sure you select the right ClimateRight product you need. Our Application Guide can help you select the ClimateRight products for your specific enclosure. If you still have questions about whether ClimateRight will solve your cooling and heating requirements, we invite you to call or email us for help.

Do Contact Your Authorized Internet Dealer or ClimateRight Directly if you want to return your unit for “buyer’s remorse.” Go back to your point of purchase and remember that ClimateRight reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee, plus round-trip shipping costs, which may be passed along to you. ClimateRight will accept returns only within 14 days of receipt. Return policies of Authorized Dealers vary and will be strictly enforced.

Do Read our Out-of-Warranty Policy. If you are having problems with your unit after the one-year limited warranty, use the web form at the bottom of this page to contact our troubleshooting team. If your unit requires repair or maintenance, the following procedures and fees may apply: We will issue a UPS call tag with a case number which you can print and bring to an authorized UPS shipping location. The unit must be properly packaged and shipped to us at ClimateRight, 777 Manor Park Dr., Columbus, OH 43228. We will need an $80 payment via credit card for shipping and diagnostics. (Shipping cost is $30.00, and Diagnostics cost is $50.) If your unit can be repaired, we will do so and will charge you (upon your authorization) only for parts required to get your unit back to good working order. The repaired unit will then be shipped back to you. If we are unable to repair your unit, you will be billed only for shipping and diagnostic costs.
