ClimateRight Shipping and Return Policy

 

INTERNET ORDER AND SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping is free for orders within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the contiguous United States at this time. Damages: Customers receiving visibly damaged boxes should refuse the shipment. If the damaged shipment was left at your door, immediately contact ClimateRight or the Authorized Dealer where you placed your order within 24 hours. A damage claim and replacement unit will be processed and shipped out to you within one business week.

DEFECTIVE CLAIMS / PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CLIMATERIGHT

You must contact the Authorized Dealer, or ClimateRight (wherever you made your purchase). We have a dedicated troubleshooting team who will get in touch with you to resolve issues that can be handled by email or phone. Please use the webform at the bottom of the page to initiate contact with ClimateRight for fastest service (and best resolution tracking progress). Our Limited Warranty Policies will be followed in order to maintain consistency of our product and services.

"BUYER'S REMORSE"

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the application is suitable for the unit you order. The following is a short checklist of considerations you must consider:

*Recommendation based on cubic volume of space and assuming the space meets EnergyStar recommended levels of insulation for your area. Ambient heat and humidity may affect the accuracy of this recommendation. See EnergStar recommended insulation levels here.

If, after all of this, you are unsure what unit to order, or have questions about whether ClimateRight will solve your outdoor cooling and heating requirement please email or call us. Note that the efficiency of the cooling and heating depends on the size and insulation of your enclosed space. Applications like tents will not yield a perfect result, and are subject to "buyers remorse" policy.

If you wish to return your unit for "buyer's remorse", you must contact the dealer, or ClimateRight - wherever you purchased your unit. It is important you contact your Authorized Internet Dealer or ClimateRight directly, depending on where you made your purchase. The return policy of the Authorized Dealer will be strictly followed, but ClimateRight reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee, plus round-trip shipping costs back to the dealer, which may be passed along to you. If you purchased your unit directly from ClimateRight, we accept returns only within 30 days of receipt, and reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking plus round trip shipping costs ClimateRight incurred.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ClimateRight LLC reserves the right to either exchange your unit for a new one, or issue refund at its sole discretion. If you purchase a unit through one of our authorized dealers, the Return and Refund policy of the authorized dealer will be followed unless the dealer policies are more restrictive for ClimateRight LLC, than our own policies.

OUT OF WARRANTY POLICY

If you are having problems with your unit after the one-year limited warranty, please use the webform at the bottom of this page to contact our troubleshooting department. If your unit requires repair or maintenance, the following procedures and fees may apply: We will issue a UPS call tag with a case number which you can print and bring to an authorized UPS shipping location. The unit must be properly packaged and sent back to us in Columbus, Ohio. We will need to take your credit card information for shipping and diagnostics. The shipping cost is $30.00. Diagnostics cost is $50. We will need to bill your credit card $80.00. If your unit is repairable, we will do so, and bill you only for parts required to get your unit back to good working order. We will get your approval before any repairs and costs are done. We will ship the unit back to your location after repairs are made. If we are unable to repair your unit, you will be billed only for shipping and diagnostic cost. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. We are a small family owned business so we appreciate your attention to avoiding "buyer's remorse" issues. We stand by our product. Our goal is to enable "Climate Comfort Anyplace Imaginable" all across the U.S.A.
